Yes, if you are on Therapy Planner or The Works support plans you will have optional access to our text messaging & card processing features.

If you opt to take card payments using the Kiku system, our card processing fees will be applied to each payment made.

For independent therapists the card processing fee is 2.4% plus 20p per transaction.

For therapy teams the card processing fee is 2.2% plus 20p per transaction.

If you choose to use our text messaging service the cost is 5p per text.
