Your diary entries and session notes are automatically anonymised, notes are password protected and we'll immediately delete any "unnecessary" data (ie contact details) when you archive a client record. If all that wasn't enough, we'll also drop you a line when the 7 years is up to let you know that it's time to delete the entire client record.
