Hello...
I am a BACP registered Integrative Relational Counsellor. I have worked within the NHS for many years. I specialise in working with neurodivergent clients and hold particular interest around grief, loneliness and identity.
I work with my clients to process the often suppressed, painful and overwhelming emotions of fear, guilt, anger, shame and sadness that connect us all with being truly human. I explores past experiences, ghosts of childhood, and patterns of behaviour in order to promote self-knowledge and look towards potential for change.
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and have a first class honours degree in integrative relational counselling.
