As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I believe in the power of holistic healing, drawing inspiration and wisdom from the natural world around us and from listening to the many stories being told every day. In my practice I’m all about weaving together the threads of Psychology, Nature and Community.

With over 17 years of experience as an Integrative Psychotherapist, my approach to therapy is informed by a variety of theoretical orientations and evidence-based practices. I hold a Double Degree in Psychology and Social Work and a Master's Degree in Psychotherapy and have undergone extensive training in various therapeutic modalities.
